Business College Helsinki

Business College Helsinki to distance education starting 17.3.2020

Due to the corona virus epidemic, Business College Helsinki will switch to distance education from Tuesday 17.3.2020 until further notice. No cases of disease have been identified at the college, but arrangements are made as a precaution.

Students carry out their studies in an online learning environment with remote teacher guidance. The instructors responsible for each group ensure the fluency of their group’s teaching during distance learning. Study counselors and other support staff are available by telephone and email. Student, please contact your teacher or group instructor if you have any questions about your studies and distance learning.

Our building is still open, but it is recommended that all employees who are able to do the work remotely move to remote work.

The switchboard of Business College Helsinki is normally open Mon-Fri from 8am to 4pm. Remote and on-the-site personnel can be contacted through the switchboard at +358 9 1489 0200 or by email at firstname.lastname@bc.fi. More detailed contact information for the personnel can be found on our homepage https://en.bc.fi/student-services/visit-us/

First and foremost, we aim to secure the opportunity for graduates to graduate during the spring. We want to ensure the well-being of all those who study and work at our college.

The Finnish goverment and Regional State Administrative Agencies have decided that all events over 500 people needs to be cancelled until end of May because of the coronavirus. This means that Business College Helsinki is unfortunately not allowed to  arrange the graduation event in May. Those, who will be graduated during the spring, will receive more information later on.

We will monitor the situation daily and keep you updated.
