Graduation ceremony 20.12.2023
Graduation ceremony is on Wednesday, December 20th 2023 at 2 p.m. in the auditorium of Business College Helsinki, YK floor (Rautatieläisenkatu 5, Helsinki)
The programme of the ceremony includes speeches, music performances, presentation of scholarships and the proclamation for qualification. After the ceremony there will be a coffee and cake service at the school cafeteria, 1st floor. You can get a paper copy of your graduation certificate during the service. Paper copies of graduation certificates will be handed out from separate distribution points in the 1st floor lobby.
The estimated duration of the celebration is approximately 1 hour.
- The ceremony begins at 2 p.m. Graduating students should arrive early, 1.45 p.m. at the latest.
- A secure cloakroom can be found in the lobby on the 1st floor.
- There are separate named seats reserved for students who are awarded a scholarship. Scholarship students will be contacted by phone before the ceremony.
- Other graduates can choose their seats freely from the seats that are reserved for graduates.
- If you have an examination cap, please hold it until the principal proclaims the qualification. The principal will ask the graduates to put their caps on.
- If you have requested a paper copy of your graduation certificate, you can pick it up after the ceremony from a separate distribution point. Please take your ID with you.
- Even if you have not requested a paper copy of your graduation certificate or have received it at an earlier date you can get a rose from the same distribution point.
Name list of the graduating students
Below are the names of graduated and graduating students who have completed whole qualification and have allowed to publish their names on our website. Please note that also Yle publishes the names of the students who graduate from vocational qualification. Yle receives the names from Studyinfo service. The permission given to publish your name in your application for a graduation certificate does not affect the information published on Yle’s website.
The total amount of students who graduated in November or are graduating in December is 154 of which 144 students have completed whole qualification and 10 students partial qualification.
