Business College Helsinki introduces electronic graduation certificates
Business College Helsinki introduces electronic graduation certificates on the 1st of September 2022. From 1st of September 2022 onwards all graduating students will receive their graduation certificates in both paper and electronic form. Eventually, graduation certificates on paper will be given upon request only. The transition to this procedure will be announced separately.
The electronic graduation certificate is a reliable document that is easy to attach to job applications, for example. These electronic graduation certificates are produced by Atomi. The principal signs the graduation certificate using the Digital and Population Data Services Agency’s electronic signature. This signature meets the requirements set by the Act on Strong Electronic Identification and Electronic Trust Services (617/2009).
The graduation certificate can be downloaded from Atomi for up to 30 days after graduation.
