Employer Information Form
Once the employer and the student have agreed on a work-based learning period (including tasks and other details), the employer fills in the form below and sends it to Business College Helsinki. The information given on the form is passed on to the supervising teacher, who, in turn, puts together the final contract and sends it to the employer to be signed.
In order to fill the form, the employer needs a student-specific employer code. The employer receives this code from the student.
