The IT department is responsible for the information and communication environment at the college, for user support, and for data protection and data security.
The IT user support is located on the 4th floor.

The helpdesk that is maintained by students is located next to the IT Department. The helpdesk can help you during the school year, if you encounter a problem with your computer or with the programs.
When you begin your studies at Business College Helsinki you will get a personal laptop for your use. The laptop has been pre-installed. During your studies the laptop is property of Business College Helsinki, but once you get your qualification, you get the ownership of the device.
For your studies you also get the licences for Microsoft O365 and Adobe Creative Cloud free of charge. When you get your qualification, we will erase these programs from your laptop, as we cannot pass on any licences to third parties.
